At WeTaskly, our commitment is to deliver high-quality services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, we recognize that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a refund or cancel a booking through the WeTaskly app.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by User: You can cancel any booking at no charge until the service provider accepts it. To cancel, simply open the WeTaskly Customer App, locate your booking details, and select "Cancel Booking." If you cancel before the provider accepts your booking, you will receive a full refund of the service fee for advance booking services.
Unavailability of Service Provider: In rare instances where a service provider is unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider may decline the service. We will assist you in rescheduling your appointment to a convenient time.
Refunds Policy:
Refunds for advance booking services will be credited to your wallet within the WeTaskly app.
Non-Refundable Situations Include:

You cancel your booking before the provider accepts it.

The service provider completes the service as described, but you are dissatisfied with the quality.

Minor inconveniences or delays during the service.

Changes to the service scope requested after the provider has arrived, potentially incurring additional charges.
